You achieve that your debtor portfolio is converted to liquidity at the same moment your invoice is sent to your customer. In other words, credit sale is converted to cash sale regardless of the length of the credit.
When Midt Factoring has received invoice information from you, immediately we ensure that the invoices are booked, and at the same time, we typically pay you 80% of the invoice amount inclusive of VAT. You receive the remaining part, when your debtor has paid the total invoice amount.
Every day we calculate your available amount based on the current debtor portfolio. You can monitor via MF Online. You decide yourself – from day to day – whether the amount available is to be paid out, used for decreasing debt to the bank or as a liquidity buffer.
